They are mathematical operators used with a special syntax and can be used to expand or restrict search operations or programming sequences, or to apply certain conditions. WebYes, Google strictly follows it's advanced search terms. What I interpret from the answer, is that Bing is not strict, feeling that users may not really understand the advanced terms. I think they are saying that a term in quotation marks may be favored, rather than required. I feel I need stricter rules.
