It is a wet clutch system thus should be fairly silent unless it is broken internally which is rather rare. if the MCT is not being correctly engaged it'll work as it is disengaged and will not move the vehicle.

A bike may be able to do the same thing, I'm not quite sure, but again, if someone is riding a bike like they stole it, the clutch isn't going to last as long as if they use it sanely.
