There were some who said the moly deposits were very difficult to remove from the barrels and the benefits were questionable. I don’t see any applications for bullseye shooters since the hot thing these days is powder coated ... Web7 nov. 2011 · If you have a rotary tumbler you can use that alone with the SS pin media to remove the moly, you may have to play with the solution but it will eventually come off. I'm gonna try a tumbler next. I let them soak in acetone (which removed some of the Moly, not much) and then removed the Moly with Steel wool by hand. I did about 20 and I was done.
