Ipad wifi connection keeps dropping
WebIpad keeps dropping WIFI I have an ASUS AC1900 and my sons ipad will constantly drop it's WIFI connection. The router is dual band so whenever the connection drops, he asks for my help and I go to WIFI settings and switch from the 5GHZ to the 2GHZ or vice versa and it works again. WebIt’s maddening. One solution is to use Google’s DNS or open DNS in the wifi settings. I haven’t tried it yet, but will soon. Another solution said to manually enter your iPad/iPhone’s MAC address into your router through the router’s settings. Haven’t tried that one either, but I will update with my experiences soon.
